Takayama 2 Takayama - Shirakawago - Kanazawa Visit the famous morning market of Takayama. Scenic drive by Lake Miboro and along Shogawa river to Shirakawago, designated as World Heritage. Its highlights are unique structures called Gassho- Zukuri, or joined-hands farmhouses. Then visit Gokayama, another World Heritage village, where you can experience making traditional Japanese paper. Tour continues to Kanazawa.
Kanazawa 2 Kanazawa - Kyoto Morning sightseeing in Kanazawa, visiting Kenroku Garden, one of Japan's three most beautiful gardens, Kutaniyaki Pottery Kiln, and stroll through Higashi-chaya street and visit former guest house "Shima".
