Morning city tour by coach: Tokyo Tower Observatory, Imperial Palace Plaza, and Asakusa Kannon Temple & Nakamise Shopping Arcade. The tour will disband upon arrival at Akihabara or Tokyo Station.

Local train journey to Hase via Kamakura. Walking to Hasedera Temple and the Great Buddha.

After Japanese-style lunch, return to Kamakura by Eno-Den train. Continue walking tour to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine through the second and third Torii gates. Walk back to Kamakura station via Komachi shopping street.

Return to Tokyo. Tour disbands on arrival at Tokyo station between 17:00pm - 18:00pm.

Full day excursion to Nikko by motor coach. Morning, visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine.

After Japanese-style lunch at local restaurant, visit Irohazaka zigzag driveway up to the mountains, Lake Chuzenji and Kegonnotaki Waterfall.

Irohazaka zigzag driveway down the mountains and drive back to Tokyo. Tour disband on arrival at Ginza or Shinjuku between 19:00pm - 20:00pm.

Afternoon, proceed to Hakone for a cruise on Lake Ashi (Pirate Boat) and Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani.

Transfer to Kyoto by limited express. Arrive at Kyoto Station between 20:30pm - 21:30pm.

Morning sightseeing of the city, visiting Nijo Castle noted for its gorgeous interiors (When Nijo Castle is closed, visit Ryoanji Temple instead), Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), and Kyoto Imperial Palace (Kyoto Gosho). After lunch, excursion to Nara, the first permanent capital of Japan. Visit Todaiji Temple with Great Buddha, Nara Park where many tame deer are freely roaming, Kasuga Taisha Shrine with 3,000 lanterns, and Nara Nagomikan. Return to Kyoto.
