Happo One

Having been the host site for many of the skiing events for the 1998 Nagano Winger Olympics, Happo One with its 1,071 meters of vertical compares favourably to many North American and European resorts and is widely known as being a first-class international resort with some of the best and most demanding ski and snowboard terrain in all of Japan. The Olympic spirit continues in Hakuba each year with international ski jumping, alpine, cross-country and biathlon competitions and events taking place regularly.

Tsugaike

Hakuba's 2nd largest resort and the biggest resort for learners n the valley. One of the longest gondolas in Japan at over 4km in length. The lower "Kanenonaruoka" slopes offer some of the best learners areas you will find, with wide open gentle slopes, serviced by a number of quad lifts. Higher up is some more challenging terrain, including the Uma-no-se course over the very top of the resort.

Hakuba Iwatake

Hakuba Iwatake Ski area is located in the town of Hakuba home to the 1998 Winter Olympic games. Iwatake proudly boasts one of the most breath taking views of the Northern Alps’ Hakuba 3 peaks, including a 360°panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. All 15 courses have their own unique feature.
