Day Schedule Stay 1 Tokyo - Takayama Board a Shinkansen for Nagoya. Transfer to a limited-express for Takayama, an ancient, tranquil city called "Little Kyoto". Afternoon, stroll through Takayama, visiting Yatai Kaikan Hall, where colourfully decorated traditional festival floats are displayed; Kusakabe Folkcraft Museum, formerly the residence of powerful merchants under government patronage; and the streets of Kami Sannomachi, which preserve traditional Japanese wooden houses.
Takayama 2 Takayama - Shirakawago - Kanazawa Visit the famous morning market of Takayama before a scenic drive by Lake Miboro and along Shokawa River to Shirakawago, designated in 1995 as a World Heritage site. Its high lights are unique structures called Gassho - Zukuri, steep thached roof farmhouses.
Kanazawa 3 Kanazawa - Tokyo Morning sightseeing in Kanazawa, visiting Kenrokuen Garden, Kutaniyaki Pottery Kiln, Higashi-chaya Street and Former Guest House "Shima".
In the afternoon return to Tokyo by train and Shinkansen, arriving between 19:30 and 20:30pm.

Tour Description : Don’t restrict your historical experience to just the main sites that people visit! See Takayama, known as "Little Kyoto", and its preserved historical structures and environment. Mingle with the locals at the thatched roofed village of Shirakawa-go, a World Heritage site. Experience the making of washi, Japanese paper, at Gokuyama. Visit Kanazawa, home of Kenroku Garden, one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan, and admire the ceramics at Kutaniyaki. Meeting Place : - Pick up service available at major hotels in Tokyo. Find a pick up point
Disband : - Arrive at Tokyo Station between 19:30 - 20:30pm on Day 3.
