Tokyo Afternoon

First, enjoy a sweeping view of the city from the "Seaside Top" observatory deck on the 40th floor of the World Trade Center Building, before heading over to Tokyo Bay to take a cruise up the Sumida River to Asakusa. Upon arrival in Asakusa, browse the many colorful stores lining the Nakamise walkway leading up to Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest and most famous Buddhist temple.

The tour then takes you through Ginza, the world-renowned shopping and entertainment district, on the way to the Imperial Palace Plaza where you can enjoy the splendid view of the moats and walls around the seat of Japan's imperial household.

Enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo from the Seaside Top, an observatory deck on the 40th floor of the World Trade Center Building.

2 Sumida River Cruise

Enjoy a 40 minute boat ride on the Sumidagawa Line from Asakusa to Hinode Pier on Tokyo Bay. (40 min) This river was instrumental in the development of Tokyo.

3 Sensoji Temple (Asakusa Kannon) and Nakamise-dori

Sensoji is the oldest and most popular temple in Tokyo. The promenade leading to the temple, called Nakamise-dori, is lined on both sides by many small food and souvenir shops. (40 min) See Ginza, the most celebrated shopping district in Tokyo, en route to the Imperial Palace.

4 Imperial Palace Plaza

Make a short photo stop at the outer garden of the Imperial Palace. (10 min)
